Terms and Conditions
An 18% Buyer’s Premium applies on all purchases. On the day following the auction all purchases must be paid in full by CASH, DEBIT, BANK DRAFT, E-TRANSFER to JOINER SALES CORP (Credit cards [Visa, M/C] accepted on purchases not exceeding $2000 on entire purchase).
Applicable buyer’s premium and 5% GST & 7% PST (BC mfrs. exempt PST with PST#) will be added to the bid price on all items.
REMOVAL TERMS:
The sale site will be open 8am to 4pm Fri. & Sat., Apr. 12 & 13 and Mon. to Thurs., Apr. 15th to 18th, 2024.
The 2 containers located a short distance off site MUST be removed by 4pm, April 15, 2024.
For all purchases other than the containers, removal must be completed by 4pm, Apr., 18th, 2024.
For buyer's using Mainland Machinery for rigging, any extention beyond Apr. 18, 2024 will be at Mainland's discretion.
REMOVAL SERVICES
TECK CABLE, WIRING LOTS
A forklift service at a nominal cost, determined at the Auctioneer's discretion, will apply for loading of the wire inventory and small lots.
