DEEP DRAW HYDRAULIC PRESS
2019 Si 600t 600 ton 4 post hydraulic deep draw press: custom made by Si-Port with component cost of $115,000 in 2019. Press features 39 in. x 51 in. ID bed, approx. 8 ft. daylight opening, footprint - 124 in. (add 12 in. for small step) x 172 in. x 259 in. high, top main cylinder 26 in. dia. Amada brand and 20 in. dia. bottom cylinder Amada brand, posts - 4 Amada brand 8.5 in. dia., 2 hydraulic oil tanks with 2500L capacity total, 6 in. hyd. oil service piping, p/w 50hp/ 600v/3ph hydraulic pump, ABB softstart, Westinghouse breaker box and requires 3’ in-ground pit. Spare parts sold separate - 75hp/600v motor and hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump only (was servicing a 150hp motor). This press was used to service a contract for industrial water heater tank end caps which earned a $75,000 income/annum. This contract may still be carried out by a new supplier upon negotiation with information supplied by the retiring owner of Si-port 3 to the buyer of the 600-ton press. 4 dies owned by Si-Port 3 for the end caps, 24”, 20” & 18” are to be sold separate following the sale of the press.
This press comes apart in three sections for easy dismantle.
